No, LITS, I'm not referring to the aviation club. We have a flight team that competes in the National Intercollegiate Flying Association as well as a competition out at West Point every spring. There's a nice article about it that was in the Bulletin a couple of issues back.

Very cool! I'll dig through by old Alumni Bulletin but if you think of the month, let me know.

Is it relatively new?
 
Yea, we just got it off the ground (sorry, couldn't resist the pun) this past year or so. Here's a couple of videos the cadets put together from recent competitions.


 
I have great memories of competing at NIFA as a member of the Oklahoma State University Flying Aggies in the mid '80s. We were proud to win the Loening Trophy three years in a row. Great competition!
