HI EVERYONE!
I have started to fill in all the forms for the AFA, and I have sent the official letters to my English and Math teacher, along with my counselor. However, they recommend that you have up to 3 outside evaluation sources. I was going to send one to my high school coach, but it says that I have to either mail or fax the recommendation to my Admissions Counselor, with a cover that has my name and social security number on it. How can I do that if the evaluation/recommendation is supposed to be private? Should I ask my coach to write a recommendation and seal it in an envelope, and then send it to me, and then I'll send it to AF?

I am guessing your question is confusing folks here. What did you do for your English and Math teachers?
Ask him to write a letter, and when he mails or faxes it, include a cover letter with your full name and SSN on it.

"Letter of Recommendation
for John Q. Public, SSN 123-000-4567

From:
Bob Q. Private
Head Coach, Fencing
Our Lady of Perpetual Help High School,
Steeler Nation."

Then he can attach the letter, and mail or fax it with the cover letter.

Oh I see. So for my English and math teachers, I sent them the direct letter that AF sent me for them - that told them specific instructions. You're saying that for my coach, I send them a cover letter with my SSN? I didn't know it was okay for them to see my SSN
