So I guess I'm a few pounds over my height standards for Air Force so they sent me this form to get done.... Does anyone have any experience with this?
I am definitely not fat haha I have a lot of muscle and like to lift. I run cross country too. What happens if I am still out of their standards after this form is complete? I looked at their standards and I'm only 4-5 lbs over it. Thanks guys!

So I'll make a couple assumptions based on your description of yourself and give you some insight from what I've seen here and a casual perusal of the admissions website.

1)You might be over the weight standard, but chances are you'll meet the body fat requirement for USAFA.
2)If this is true, you'll be good to go as far as admissions are concerned. If not, it's most likely disqualifying, in which case Admissions can push for a waiver or remeasurement if you're otherwise competitive
3)If you're "overweight" as a cadet, every time you're weighed in, you'll be measured for body fat as well. If you're still within body fat requirements, you'll still be good to go. Happens to some of my friends every time they weigh in.
4)If you're over the weight and fail body fat requirements as a cadet, you'll be put on the Weight Management program here (0% fun.)

If you're actually pretty muscular, I wouldn't stress too much. I would definitely say if you like to lift and can run competitively, you're setting yourself up for success as a cadet here. Shoot me a PM if you have other questions.

More information can be found at http://www.academyadmissions.com/admissions/the-application-process/medical-evaluation/. Scroll down the page until you get to height and weight.

The % body fat is actually the standard.
