What do I put on my Army ROTC Resume

Hello,

I have an my Army PMS interview in one week and was asked to email the professor. I was wondering what I should and shouldn't put on this resume. Should I just put stuff that they look for on the PMS interview sheet that I found online?

Include your leadership skills and ways you've taken initiative, physical fitness , community involvement , foreign languages.

The structure my DS used created a 1 pager. 4 major sections: Scholar (bulletized list of academic credentials), Athlete (bulletized list of sports/awards/letters), Leader (bulletized list of leadership/team captain roles), Service (bulletized list of volunteer work, etc). Neat, structured, no craze fonts.

DS used similar to @AggieWill
Academics - Including GPA (weighted and unweighted), class rank, SAT scores, AP test scores etc.
Leadership - (community service was rolled into this section) and included EAs and Scouts. Summer job was rolled into this section also.
Athletics - emphasis was on Leadership through Sports
Awards
He kept it to one page.

DS was sent an example Resume that matched the one 5day's DS used. The example fit the Federal Resume style over a Civilian Resume. A major difference between a federal and civilian resume is that because you need to meet Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) being specific in covering how your resume items meet those KSAs. Most will still be one page as the sections that would be largest are under Leadership in the community Service describing jobs /volunteer positions. Students need to read over what are the core Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) of an officer as well as successful ROTC cadets. What KSAs are you already bringing to the table.
His example did include the objective statement. An objective statement should not be longer than 4 sentences. This is basically your cover letter in 4 sentences or less. What is the goal for being in ROTC and the degree major.
