DS's portal has shown CPR for months, since the end of July, and tonight when he logged in his status had changed to incomplete and it says he is missing his english teacher's recommendation. She submitted it in late June or early July and it showed as received for all this time but now its gone? Is this a glitch or a problem? He emailed his counselor so he will hopefully answer quickly. Anybody else have any issues?

DS has not mentioned any issues with his portal account. DS is still CPR since early Sept.
