I was just notified that I received a type-7 scholarship conditionally. I have a few question about my current situation. If I am not cleared by DODMERB before the start of the fall semester can I still enroll in the program without the scholarship? Also, if I do get cleared by DODMERB, whats the next step as to contacting my detachment? Thanks.

I am sure you will be able to enroll uncontracted without being medically cleared especially since you have pending results and haven't been disqualified.
If you get cleared by DoDMERB, your detachment will should find out the results automatically. Just in case, just call your contact there and ask.
