Stuck on Interviewee Status-AROTC

So I conducted my interview two weeks ago to the day, on the 14th of December. I've been checking my application regularly since to see if anythings changed but I still haven't been marked board ready. I've submitted all my files as far as I know, is there something else I should be doing? I'm concerned that it's the PMS I interviewed with or his office who needs to submit my interview sheet and I'd rather not bother them to do it if that makes sense. I'm still trying to make that second board date which is in a few days. Any thoughts? Thanks

Have you completed the PFT yet? The interview will not show up unless you have completed the PFT.
What CSU cadet said. It seems that you will be a perpetual interviewee until you have your PFT. I had my interview in August and it wasn't until late November, after I did my PFT that the interview showed up as completed...

I've already taken my pft and submitted it. I actually double checked at the PMS's office to make sure it was there when I went in for the interview.

I'm not sure what the deadline date is for the second board this year, but it should be close. I would contact your ROO for where you did the interview and see what's going on if its still doesnt show up by the end of this week.

Wait, so we don't have to submit the PT test for an interview to be conducted?

No, I don't believe you do, at least for the Army scholarship. I remember reading somewhere that it's better to do it before the interview just so your interviewer can have it to look at; also it just made sense in my head so I made it a point to complete it beforehand. I guess if you're pressed for time though, you could just do it last. Everything else excluding the pt test DOES need to be submitted/uploaded though.

The deadline for paperwork submission from your PMS is different than your deadline.

I uploaded the PFT yesterday. How long does it take to be approved? I did the interview today. Hoping that everything is done in time for tomorrow's deadline.

Did you write a thank you email to the interviewer AND to the ROO at the place where you did the interview? You can always write to them to wish them a happy new year, thank them for their time, and mention that you are concerned because your page is not showing the interview as being submitted and the deadline is the 6th. (However, their deadline is different from yours--they actually have a couple of extra weeks.) Good luck.

Update: @MountainDude, I uploaded the PFT yesterday, but it has not yet been approved. I assume that will happen tomorrow. Interviewed today, he input it today, and PMS Interview status changed to Completed. Even without the approved PFT, my status changed to Board Ready when he input the interview this evening. You should probably call them tomorrow to inquire so you would feel more comfortable that your account says Board Ready.

I did exactly that and the following Monday my application changed from interviewee to board ready :)

Hooray Mountain Dude. Thank you for the feedback. I bet the ROO and interviewer appreciated your message. I am so glad that my advice worked for you--and now (just like your own mama), I will say a little prayer and send good Army vibes across the universe for a successful outcome for you in the Army ROTC 2nd Board at the end of the month. Go Army!

So, MountainDude...can we just call you MD? Were you boarded by the time that the 2nd Board met or are you holding out for the 3rd Board? Waiting to hear your good news.
