Is it too late for you to get some leadership experience and maybe some more community service? You meet the qualifications so go ahead and apply, good luck.

Are you asking about your chances to earn a scholarship or about joining ROTC in general?

If you are a current HS Senior, then it is too late to start a scholarship application. If you are a Junior, then the application window opens this JUNE. If you have already applied, generally speaking you could be competitive, but there are other factors involved: , Interview Score, How the Scholarship board rates you, leadership positions held, AP and Honors courses completed.
