Hello, I want to ask what is the height/weight standard for a 60 in female that would pass the test? I've been seeing different numbers, the application site said 120 lbs is the max while others said 132? Also, would I be disqualify for wearing glasses?
 
Googling Army height/weight standards is very simple, so you should be able to figure that out. As for glasses, it depends on your prescription.
 
As stated, AR 600-9 is the regulation used by ROTC for ht/wt. AR 40-501 lists medical fitness standards. You should be able to get access to both of them on the internet.
 
MohawkArmyROTC...my son is pending waiver review for AROTC. He is a national AROTC scholarship winner. At the age of 10 months old he had an undescended testicle removed so as to ensure no future issues. We have supplied all surgical records and a current note from his family physician that he has never had any issues, everything is currently functional and he has no increased risk of testicular cancer. He is a high caliber athlete that has never had any issues or injuries. Given the above is this condition generally waiverable as it does not interfere with any physical abilities or have any long term risk associated with it.
 
Sounds like a waiver is possible...but it's hard to say until the Cadet Command Surgeon makes the call. Usually the key is that it is fixed/healed and doesn't cause any limitations. Sounds like that's the case, so god luck.

Thank you sir. Yes he has played high level club soccer and varsity soccer three years of hs. He is extremely fit and no limitations whatsoever.

Sir, one more question. His exam for waiver was reviewed May 22, 2017. We still have not heard if there has been any determination. Is this normal? I realize they are likely swamped with waiver decisions, but do you know the typical timeframe after exam reviewed? Does more than one doctor review the exam?
 
Waiver reviews take anywhere between 4 weeks and 4 months, depending on the complexity and backlog.
 
Just found out my son DID get his waiver approved. Thank you all for your help and advice. So proud of my son and his desire to serve our great country
