Remedial processing

Does anyone who submitted a remedial know just about how long it takes for it to be processed? I had just submitted mine a week ago, but I would just like to know when I should be concerned about if they received my information or not. Thank you.
 
My DS's remedial was sent in by email. It included two short questionnaires and all medical reports for a concussion he had in 2015. His status was changed to "qualified" within two days of sending his email to Dodmerb. I think the turnover has a lot to do with the type of remedial. Did you email or send your remedial via regular mail? If you are concerned you should give them a call. I called and spoke to a very helpful person.
 
DD sent in information for remedial two days ago and received an email today stating it was received but could take 15 days or more for review. Said this is their busy time of year.

I sent it through regular mail. I think I’ll just wait till next week to give them a call. Thank you!

She sent hers by email so depending on how long ago you mailed it waiting a bit to see if you get an email makes sense.
