Hello,

I applied for a service academy congressional nomination. I have not heard back from anyone. Should I contact them?

I guess I'd provide different advice than above. Your MOCs have a staff member who coordinates academy nomination activities. I would send them an email or call, and simply check-in with them. There is zero down-side to doing so.

I️ agree. Yes...you should call

I guess to expand on my advice, look over every piece of paper you've been given by your nominating sources to see if it has a timeline. If you call or email when the information was available to you, it could reflect negatively on you. I know it seems pedantic, but for instance, my congressman required the application 've typed in all caps and eliminated anyone who didn't read and follow this. I know it's hard but I would recommend patience, it's still early in the timeline to be finding out.
