Fitness Level for Plebe Summer

I'm just kind of worried about my fitness level for plebe summer. I've been sick the past week and a half with walking pneumonia so I really have'nt done any training at all, and I'm guessing it might be another week untill i'm a hundred percent. After this though will three to four weeks of solid training be enough to get me back in shape?
 
Depends on the kind of shape you were in prior to your illness. The more fit you were before, the faster you will get to where you want to be.

I wasn't in my peak physical condition like during my cross country season but not completely out of shape. I just finished volleyball season but that doesn't say too much, not much running required there.
 
Don't push it right out of the box, you DO NOT want a relapse! Three weeks isn't much time, but being a cross country runner, I'm sure you won't have any problems getting to where you will perform quite well for Plebe Summer. :smile:

Time is going by so fast!!
 
ya for the most part I think I'll be fine but just wanted to hear some opinions. even though I only did one cross country season(senior year) I should be up to the challenge.
