NASS Application Issue

Good Evening SAF,

I have completed my NASS application (after writing the personal statements ahead of time, I definitely did not rush this), and I hit submit. Then, my screen froze and the application did not appear to go through. I then resubmitted the application, and received an error saying that there are two records on file and to contact USNA Admissions. I immediately filled out the online USNA Admissions contact/questionnaire form, and I will call in the morning to confirm the receipt of my complete application. Will this issue have a negative impact on my application? Please let me know about this. Thank you in advance for any advice.

It shouldn't have a negative impact on your application as you are doing everything possible to get it worked out. Way to be so thorough in making sure all is well!

Your comment is relieving to hear. I also contacted USNA Admissions via email. Hopefully this can be sorted out promptly.

I got through to Admissions his morning and I was able to submit! It took me a while to get through because of the storm delay. Stay safe east coasters', as my house is currently surrounded by 2 feet of seawater!
