Alright here's my predicament--I just found out now that test scores aren't processed until up to a week after the online application is submitted. Being a perfectionist, I spent so long revising my essays that I didn't post them until this past weekend, meaning my online application was submitted just days before the official deadline. Now I'm worried that the Academy might consider my application late because they haven't processed my scores yet. They do have them as they were delivered a while ago, so is that okay? It would really suck if I'm not considered because of this.

I think as long as your app is turned in by Jan 31 you should be fine. It’s similar to common apps. Your apps have to be in time by deadline but your data can come later or earlier. Test scores in hind sight you should have sent them in as soon as available. You don’t need to have your Apps in first. Test scores transcripts recommendations can be all sent in before submitting the app. Just have to ask Admissions who your regional reps are for receiving your data. Also contacts are all on the website.

You submitted by the USCGA deadline of Jan. 15 and your scores were already sent. When they process them isn't held against you. Email your admissions officer if still concerned, but all should be fine.

Deadline was 15 January. However, items such as SAT scores may be updated until your application goes to the review board.
