our status is still boarded/under consideration...

does this mean we did not get the scholarship?

Syracuse #1 on our list, they told us the same and DS is a legacy, brother is a 1LT now.

Syracuse would have been an amazing experience for DS! Kind of bitter sweet. He received an appointment to USMAPS yesterday which was his first choice. His dad is a USMA grad.

That's okay.
Just show up in the fall at an affordable AROTC program and work your you-know-what off. You can still earn a campus based AROTC scholarship like my DS did.

That was my plan B this whole time, I knew that I had average stats so it probably wasn't going to happen. I made it clear in my in my interview that I was going to complete the program, whether I came in with a scholarship or not.
 
To everyone asking if not getting their statuses changed means no scholarship, the answer appears to be yes. They release the results all at once.
 
For all those waiting for a status change . . . make sure you log all the way out . . .even restart the computer . . . and then log back in to make sure you are looking at the latest, most refreshed portal screen . . .
