I accepted my 4 year ROTC scholarship but was dq'd for D155.80 astigmatism exceeding 3.00.
my vision is correctable to 20/20 in both eyes, what are my chances of getting a waiver.

What do you mean?? The waiver has still not been submitted/requested

Meaning, finding out more information from DoDMERB directly about what they think your chances are and also timing (the process could be lengthy).
