Help with SF86

Do I need to put N/A for sections that I am asked to skip on SF86. Like when it says only complete this section if you answered yes, I said no and as a result I don't have to complete that section. Do I need to go back and put N/A for that section?
 
DS just did that form for USNA. One thing to keep in mind, at least for USNA, is that it is used for reference to complete online security item later after reporting to the academy. If yours is the same, it probably doesn’t matter either way, as the information it’s asking is for gathering purposes, to enable timely and effectively completing the process later on. It said that somewhere. So that’s OUR experience. DS left those items blank.

Same for USAFA. You'll fill it out online at the Academy
