Some additions to class of 2022 facebook pages (parent and student) today and yesterday. My DS has had no word, and my guess is we are approaching the end of the line. Any insights from others waitlisted would be welcome. His plan B is fully in play but he was holding out hope for his #1 choice!

My DS also received the review board notice letter. Fingers crossed for everyone still waiting!
2022 class has now been closed according to a letter my DS received tonight. Not the outcome he hoped for but he will focus on plan B and reapplying. Did your DD get waitlist appt aeroman?

Sadly no. She also got the bad news. The BD letter said this was one of the most selective years in history. Must be some impressive people in the class of 2022 because in my opinion my DD is awesome! Plan B is in full swing already, and she is considering reapplying.
Our DD just finishes her 4C year. We recently had dinner with her and several classmates. Two of them did not get in their first time applying, also did not have an offer of Prep school. They both went to college and re-applied and were admitted to the class of 2021. I just wanted to share that with you.

Thanks for the info. My DD has reached out to her AO for advice on what to improve in her application. She is waiting for a reply. We have also discussed CSPI (her plan B school qualifies) and regular OCS as alternatives. DD is currently at orientation for her plan B school. She has a few months to decide if she will reapply. I’m encouraging her with whatever she decides.

Do you know if your DD’s friends that reapplied were originally waitlisted on there first year applying?
