I am trying to start the Class of 2023 application so I need to first create an account but it isn't letting me. I enter all the information then click create user and it kicks out the password and confirmation password I entered without saying if they don't match. I have tried multiple times on different browsers and different devices. I also tried to request info and it did the same thing but also put this message:

Is anyone else having this problem. Thanks in advance for the help

If I remember correctly, I believe that admissions keeps the portal closed until the incoming class reports. And as stated above, call admissions to double check.

We are tracking that some applicants are having issues establishing an account. The issue is connected to a Google security feature.
The following should be displayed near the bottom of the registration page:
recaptcha_anchor2x.jpg

If it is not displayed, the following provides the steps to change the browser settings to resolve the issue.

If the applicant is using a Mac and the Safari web browser, I recommend using a different browser such as Firefox to submit the application.

BROWSER SETTING

Instructions for Internet Explorer:

In the browser menu -

1. Click Tools

2. In the opened menu at the bottom, click 'Internet Options'

3. In the dialog box that opens, click the 'Security' tab

4. Click the 'Internet' zone (the Globe image)

5. In the 'Security level for this zone' area, reduce the setting from 'High' to 'Medium-High'

6. Click 'OK' to save

7. Refresh the web page
I hope this helps!

sometimes its the order of your characters in the password if you have a # or character first try with a letter first.

The Application portal opened up June 1st this year.
It closes February 1st. It looks like the bumped everything up a month.
Oh and
The whole application is now being submitted online.

I spoke with Admissions this morning.

They said, "Please have him/her send an email to admissions. We will create an account on our end. Once established, they’ll be able to log in with the credentials and get going on their application.
There are quite a few Apple product users with issues due to the security settings; the recommendation from our IT is to install Internet Explorer on their Macs or use a PC.
