Thought this was the best place to post this.

After nearly 2 years of SOFCCC, Language School, and CA Training, my older son graduated from CA School today. He will be working in the European Command. It's been a long road since leaving the Aviation Branch and he's relieved to be moving to the next chapter.

Still seems like he just graduated/commissioned yesterday.....if yesterday was 2012. Time sure fly's.

I know exactly what you mean.

Congratulations to DS.

CA (Civil Affairs) is no small achievement. They are often diplomats at the village level. They have guns, but no diplomatic immunity. Just getting through the two years of training and constant instantaneous feedback from the raters is like nothing they have ever seen.

Aspiring mids/cadets, as well as newly minted O-1's and their parents should take note of his route to this point.

All the best and best of luck!

Seems like yesterday we were talking about LDAC for our boys. Congrats on SOFCCC which is a great achievement. The skills learned there will set him up nicely for the future!
