I passed all my physical exams and qualified months ago. My status was updated and there had been no problems. However, my NROTC unit is requesting a copy of my DoDMERB completed physical exam and qualification letter. I logged in and under "View My Status", all it said was "Qualified Restricted Line/Staff Corps Only" and I am unable to view any letter of acceptance or qualification... What does this mean/does anyone know of a way to view my actual status letter?

DD had the exact same thing happen don't panic it must be a mistake. Luckily I screen printed her first approval notice and have that as proof. We are waiting to address the discrepancy with her unit once they return from NSO later this week. I'll let you know what we find out...your not alone.
OK this makes me feel a little better. I have my NSO on Sunday and I'm just hoping that this will not cause any major trouble since the unit was alerted that I qualified months ago.
Go take care of business at NSO and address it with the folks within your unit that's what we're doing. Good luck.
Can't even reach the page. Wow...just wow. DD has been in the system for months waiting for waiver status and has to choose either Marines or Army next week for NSO. This has been a massive fail of technology and lack of/ miscommunication. If DD weren't so determined to serve, I'd be SO over this!

I'm in the same boat. Concorde is supposed to contact candidates who have submitted at least 5 documents on the USNA application within 30 days of submitting the 5ht document. It's been 26 days for me, and I'll call when it's 30. Let me know if you make any progress!
