Here is a thread for the Enlisted Airmen who are applying for USAFA or USAFPS and entering 2019. Using this thread, we can help each other out with questions, issues, and other knowledge.
My application is complete. How far along in the process is everyone else?
Academics or CFA?What does everyone's stats look like?

I did my interview before my CFA, the contact information was up on the portal after I had completed all of my forms under the ALO listed as evaluator. So I sent the evaluator an email introducing myself and asking when they would like to schedule the interview for. Mine was conducted over a phonecall, but they also do Skype or FaceTime.I'm about to take my CFA this week and then my application will be complete. I still haven't been interviewed, I assume I will get a notification about it after I finish my CFA? I asked Counselor and she said that I will be notified about it 1-3 weeks after I submit everything on the portal. How long did it take everybody to get a interview setup?
Any tips for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?I did my interview before my CFA, the contact information was up on the portal after I had completed all of my forms under the ALO listed as evaluator. Just be yourself and don't try to BS the interviewer. Be prepared to talk about the core values as well as examples of you in a leadership role.Any tips for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
That looks really good! You did better on most events than your practice runs. Good luck on getting the 1376 form signed, make copies so whoever needs one in the process (MPF, supervisor, etc.) can have one but not the original.Bball throw: 70'Hey 4BravoX1, how did the CFA go?

Now I just need my commander to submit his letter of evaluation/endorsement
My interview didn't open up until everything was completed. Just keep refreshing the portal everyday and there should be a new name to email at the top of the page.I'm about to take my CFA this week and then my application will be complete. Thanks, I got lucky because we have a new Lt who is a certified personal trainer who helped me out. I have the 1786 and have sent a copy of that in, but I am still waiting on his letter which I have been keeping on him about, he told me that he will submit by Friday which is before I go on leave for the holidays so I am not calling back to check in while on leave. That looks really good!
