Moving Plebes Too?

If they are truly needing to move that number of people in it would likely consist of almost all plebes. They aren't going to move people out of their companies when they have already been established there for over a year except in very particular circumstances.

Not sure that will happen or not, but if they do need to move a bunch of people it is much easier to move the plebes than others.
