Issue with Candidate status

Hello everyone, I've recently received multiple emails from West Point Admissions asking me to submit a candidate questionnaire. However, I already submitted mine early february and already have an official account on the candidate portal. When I created my account I used a different email than the one that's receiving emails from West Point Admissions. I emailed my Regional Commander twice about this, yet no one has responded. I'm wondering if I should be concerned about this, and if so, what further actions should I take?

I don't think it's a problem since you already have the portal open. They're probably just emailing your other email since there is no portal account associated with that one. If you don't wish to receive emails, most college outreach emails have a small unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email.
 
I would be a little concerned. Somehow with SLE my son ended up with two accounts at WP. We fixed it before SLE but that could really screw up completion of review of a candidate file. I would keep contacting Admissions periodically (not urgent at this point) until I made sure there were not two candidate accounts/files for you.
 
What region are you in? Great Lakes got a new RC and they haven’t updated the website. The one they have listed hasn’t responded in months
