I was informed of my appointment by phone call from my congressman on 1/30 at 9:30 pm and portal updated on 2/1 in the morning.

DS got a call directly from our congressman on 2/6, and the portal registered the appointment status on 2/7.

I got a phone call from my senators and then my portal updated 5 days later. I got a formal certificate 3 weeks after.

Alrighty. I got a call from Colorado (iPhone Caller ID) today during lunch and I got so excited! I answered the phone and it was my DoDMERB representative saying he was returning my call from a week ago... I just about died.
