does my state effect my chances?

I am working towards the airforce academy, does what state you live in effect your chances of getting in, i live in Arizona would it be harder for me to get in as apposed to other states?

Hi!

We in Arizona have an EXCELLENT record of appointments into USAFA. "Typically" we put 38-50 "kids" into USAFA each year. For a state that's sorta "small" we do QUITE well.

Do you know who your ALO is? If not...I can MOST DEFINITELY tell you!
