Hi all,

I just wanted to share a valuable lesson that I have learned over the last few months (especially). I have learned that one should celebrate with a friends wins and mourn with their losses. I have been very selfish and and arrogant as I am sure most of you have seen. I love the quote; "To become truly great, one has to stand with people, not above them." I need to learn to stand beside all the 2014 candidates and not above them. I have also heard that you will become like the people you are around. I want to become like all of you guys, candidates, parents, officers, cadets, etc. I want to thank all of you for your humility and encouragement that you give to everyone as well as all the time and information you give to this site. You have all taught me so much in the last few months that has driven to never give up on my goals. This site has probably been one of the best things for me to wee what I need to work on. Thank you everyone for being friends, mentors, and comrades during one of the most important times of my life. You all mean a lot to me and I hope that I can someday give back a little of what you have given to me. Sorry for boring you with my post, but I wanted to apologize to all the candidates for my arrogance, and thank everyone for their amazing insight and knowledge that you all have been willing to give away.

Later,

Brian

Same to you Falcon, I am sure that we will meet there someday. From being on this site I have learned how elite of a group that the SA's are and how many people already show those characteristics.

Later,

Brian
