Hello all,

One of my evaluators asked me when the deadline to turn in his evaluation was, and I couldn't find it in my portal. Does anyone know the answer to his question? Thanks.

My evaluator told me the deadline that he was given....

Just give him your deadline, and if that’s in a week it’s in a week. It’s all about when you want it by.

Hm.. alright. I'm hoping he doesn't wait until the last minute anyway. So you're saying he should have been given a deadline?

I can only speak to my experience. My interviewer specifically said we need to do this by the "deadline", x date (it was a month out). He had some scheduling issues as he is overseas and in a different time zone, but he said not to worry as we had an entire month before the deadline.

I should've specified that I was talking about my math evaluator, as in my teacher. He's asking what the deadline is for him to complete and turn in the form.

USAFA has to RECEIVE the evaluation by the posted deadline in your portal.

Oh, I thought you were referring to your ALO evaluator. For your math evaluator, I agree with those above, it's by the time the application is due, but as a practical matter I'd suggest you make it clear as gently and respectfully as you can that you hope to get your completed application in sooner rather than later.

Got it. Thank you both.
