Issues Beginning the Reapplication Process

Good evening y’all! I was a past applicant to the United States Military Academy and I’ve decided to reapply for the class of 2025. It is to my knowledge that to restart the process in it’s entirety, I must fill out the Candidate Questionnaire once again. However, when filling out the birth date portion it states that I’ve used characters other than numbers, which I have not. It also changes my entry from MM/DD/YYYY to M/D/YYYY. Secondly, it states that my SSN is incorrect, which it certainly is not. I am wondering as to if this is user error or if this is a common occourance for reapplicants? This thread was extremely helpful last application cycle in answer all of my questions, so I’m sure someone can help me answer my question. Any advice would certainly be appreciated!

Just in case - have you tried different browsers, including Edge and Explorer? Sometimes a program is optimized for one browser over another.

I have tried both Safari and Google Chrome, both of which worked for me last year. Yet, I’ll try Edge and Explorer now! Thanks for your time!!
