USAFA Appointment List Class of 2025

4.1 GPA in portal (with all honors, a few dual credit and 9 AP classes)
Due to covid was only able to take 1 SAT/ACT summer before junior year 1300 SAT, 30 ACT
Multiple leadership activities (captain of team, mission work, church activities)
Volunteers regularly within community
Recruited athlete
CFA- maxed out 2 events, was way above on the rest, with the exception of running was within 5-10 sec for 1 mile run average

While I don't typically post and don't use social media, this site was helpful during the admission process for guiding DD when she had questions. Best of luck to all the 2025 candidates.

What sport was she recruited to? My older son was recruited to play football for Air Force
 
Hey everyone! I think we should tone it back a bit on the specifics in this thread. This was designed to be a place where people report their admission status so people in the next years can see when USAFA started releasing appointments. I'm just as curious as everyone else when it comes to stats of LOA holders and recruited athletes, but those are things that can and should be asked in a PM and not in the official appointment thread. Good luck everyone!

I agree! Based on my previous experience with the SA Forum this thread should be reserved to posting of appointments excluding congratulatory remarks. As USAFA_86 noted, send a PM for those things. If you're new to SA Forums, look at this thread from previous classes to get an idea.

My son had his nomination interview today and they told him he had an LOA, but we haven't received confirmation of that. Is that possible they got the information before we did? He said he was so nervous he is now worried that he heard wrong. lol

Yes, it is possible that the MOC would have that information ahead of you/him.

His ALO "may" (emphasis on MAY) be able to tell from the ALO's portal (ALOWEB).
