Waiting for DoDMERB to reach USNA

I am an active applicant to the United States Naval Academy. On November 27, 2020, I received from DoDMERB that I was determined as qualified medically for the Naval Academy. Today, the Naval Academy has not received my medical qualification and it is the only thing left out of my Naval Academy CIS Portal (According to the Naval Academy, it should only take 6-8 weeks to be sent). Meaning, it is the final thing I need until my application is officially finalized and complete. My concern is that I have not done something on my part and I am hindering it from getting through to the Naval Academy. So, if anyone could help me with my case that would be greatly appreciated.
 
This is a great question for your admissions counselor. It is to my understanding that things are taking longer to process this year due to covid, which is understandable because it is adding more stressors onto an already heavily involved process. Send an email to your admissions counselor asking about the medical qualification and hopefully you will get a better answer.

Sadly, I went to my academic counselor first before I came to ask here. My academic counselor told me that it generally takes 6 - 8 weeks and we (Naval Academy) cannot do anything until DoDMERB sends the results.

I can assure you if what you said about your DoDMERB is correct, they have it. And I will validate that back to you and USNA Admissions :wiggle:
