How long for BFE arrival?

I was just wondering if anybody has received their BFE from USNA yet; if so, how long did it take for it to arrive after you received an appointment?

I was notified on 15 March and still am waiting. My portal has not Changed either... so i have not been able to accept
 
Does BFE refer to the Certificate of Appointment in the folder or the PTR? My DS got the Certificate via UPS about two weeks after the appointment showed up in his portal. He has not yet received any PTR information

yes, I started a new thread. I was called. I had an loa and just needed a waiver. Once that was granted my senator called me to congratulate me on an appointment. They said it would update in my portal yesterday, but no such thing happend.
