About a month ago (mid Feb) I received a VP nom in my portal about the same time as my 3Q letter. I am still waiting on TWE/BFE. What do you think the chances are of getting an offer in this situation and when it would most likely be tendered? The nom code is "VPRE5" if that helps.

You sound like you're in a good spot but there is no one besides admissions who can tell you your chances. My stab would be that you are looking good because the VP nom is a pretty small slate as far as I know

If its alright with you, may i know your stats? I’m currently applying for VP nomination and thats the only nomination i can get.

I have a lot more leadership stuff in college but also enough in HS
Nothing special but wasn't quite sure the motive behind the nom

VP noms are rare to come by and I believe SA has full intention to put it to good use on a deserving candidate like you. Good luck..

Obtaining a VP nom, and having one used on you are two different things. I don’t know how many receive a nom, but having the SA use it for you is very rare. Many receive the nom. Few are charged to it.

I forgot to mention I have three noms total: state rep, ROTC, and VP. I heard the VP noms are used a lot for candidates without a nom but am not entirely sure how the process works in selecting candidates
