I did poorly on my PIP test during by DoDMERB exam, so I had a Color Vision Disqualification. In order to get a wavier I had to re-take the PIP test and take the Cone Contrast test at flight med on base. I got a 13/14 on the PIP test the second time around and the Cone Contrast test said I was mildly color blind. My waiver was still denied, I have never had color vision affect me outside of me take a couple extra seconds to figure out what number is in the dots and was wondering what other test are out there that might help me get a waiver.
