Welcome to the Massachusetts Maritime Academy Follow the Voyage (FTV) site!

Follow the Voyage (FTV) site! The site listed above is where you’ll be reading about all of our adventures on Sea Term, answering trivia questions, and learning about how the things you learn in your classroom today can be used later on at Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

If you’re a teacher, this is an excellent place to find fun ideas for lesson plans, instructional activities, and extra credit assignments. If you’re interested in Following the Voyage, please contact us by email at bmann@maritime.edu for more information!

Come back and visit often; even before we leave on January 10th, 2010, we’ll be updating with information about Mass Maritime, the training ship Kennedy, and all things nautical (including a glossary of nautical terms to make future reading easier!)

Well since it was 16 degrees this morning and we had 7" of snow in my piece of Massachusetts I can't see any attraction at all to spending January and February on a training cruise in the Caribbean. If I don't hear from you before hand- "Fair winds and following seas" to the Cadets of Mass Maritime.
