Minimum is bad
You really don't want to be at or even close to the minimum. Most cadets strive for a perfect 300 score. In general sit-ups are the easiest, push-ups the hardest and future officers typically want to "lead from the front" on those training runs. The APFT, in my opinion, is biased toward smaller, less bulky people. The muscular weight lifters suffer in the 2 mile, but would be nice to have in your platoon to hump the SAW. Good luck!
