Does anyone have experience applying for a nomination with Sen. Feinstein? There is mixed information. Some places it says to email all information and others it asks for USPS mail. We just want to be sure to get it right.

Everything I read (skimming) shows email.

If questions still remain, the applicant should call and ask the appropriate staffer directly clarification.

Again this year I am starting this thread to post questions about individual states and representatives for the Class of 2026. Having multitudes of threads for each representative and state clogs up the Nominations forum. I’ve merged the first thread to this one.

Thank you @Stealth_81!
Nomination applications were turned in early September. The congressman timeline says that interviews/reviews and evaluations were to take place November/December, but on sept 30the congressman interview invitation email came in and the interview will be 2nd week in October.
anyone else got interviews. We are in FL

My DS also is Florida... two upcoming interviews... one Congressman and one senator.
I like to think this is good news, that they were picked early because they are considered a great package as candidates..,a mom can dream right?

For general awareness, keep in mind not all elected officials use interviews as part of their process. They are free to conduct their nomination selection process as they wish, with no requirements to do interviews, have the same deadlines as other officials, or have the same application form. They have a deadline to submit their slates to the SA. Otherwise, they can structure their process as they wish.

I'm in Ohio, I heard back from Brown in July that I will be interviewed but they are still working on figuring out dates, times, and formats, nothing since. Portman I got a letter saying my application was complete and they will send me another letter about an interview after their application period closes on September 18th, nothing since. Nothing from Congressman Chabot the entire process. I turned everything in June and July. Anyone else hear anything?

According to Rubio’s timeline we should be hearing from him, about interviews, this week. I’ll be sure to post as soon as that happens.

Nope, I haven't heard anything. The timeline on the website says the week of October 4th we should hear something, which is this week lol.
