I recently recieved an Army ROTC scholarship which says I have 30 days to decide whether or not I am accepting it. My first choice is West Point, but I do not yet have an appointment and I do not expect to recieve on within 30 days. Can I accept the ROTC scholarship, and if I later recieve an appointment would I still be able to go to West Point?

Yes, secure the AROTC offer; and then you have the option to decline after accepting an Appointment to USMA.
