Army ROTC 2nd Board Results

There might be a small thing that would impede me form getting it? My academic tab has a yellow on it even thought I finished everything and I'm not too sure why. I asked in SAF and they said it might be a glitch and it's fine and I did get boarded so I'm not sure why. Imma email CC to make sure that everything is finished and ready for 3rd board I am unsure but a tiny bit hopeful
That happened to me a few months ago, I fixed it by emailing some guy at Fort Knox.

Is your SAT above the minimum

I sent an email. I got until March to get this settled, but if no one responds to my email, phone call soon
I had this issue around December! It was due to an issue with my Guidance Counselor not receiving the necessary documents to follow through with the process. Don’t worry, it being yellow should have no impact on your appearance in the board. I emailed a rep at CC, and they sent me the following email:

“Your academic information is incomplete because we have not received your Guidance Counselor feedback.

Once you submit your High School transcript and a copy of your ACT or SAT test scores, and they are approved, a link will be sent to the Guidance Counselor’s email you provided on Academic Information tab of your application.

Once your Guidance Counselor replies to the email we will receive the information and once we approve it your academic information should be complete. The Academic Information Tab colors should turn from Yellow to Green.

If he or she did not receive it please have them check their junk mail as security settings often route the email there.

In some instances the security setting will block the message completely.

If this happened your Guidance Counselor can answer the following questions in an email sent directly to me:

Student Name:

UNWEIGHTED GPA on a 4.0 Scale:

Class Rank:

Honors Classes Y/N:

Accelerated Classes Y/N:

AP Classes Y/N:

Lack of Guidance Counselor Feedback will not prevent your packet from appearing before the selection board.

Good Luck and let me know if I can be of further assistance.”

Hope this helps!

Thanks! I just emailed them again about resending it to the Guidance Counselor. Hopefully they give me the information.

Seriously, tell your counselor to look in his junk folder. That’s where my DS’s ended up initially.

Update: I just received an email from my scholarship processor. He gave me the same email as Ryloc talking about what might've happen to the that ROTC email. He also followed up the email saying "your application has been reviewed and there has been no missing information. Check back for more updates" I think it was just low on the OML. Surprised but anything can happen. I'll try to ask my counselor to look in junk folder or ask him to email directly the information. Thank you all for your help and concern!
