USAFAPS 2023

There were a few last week that received a confusing message from USAFA with a follow-up clarifying message. IDK how many.

I think they’re all mixed in with the main list. My Son was chosen but I didn’t see a separate list for the prep school and saw other prep school parents putting their info in that list so I did too
 
Which list? The usafa 2026 appointments one? That list is for direct appointments only. I will suggest that you create one for the ones that were appointed to the USAFAPS only. Just my 2 cents
 
My boy received his in March. We received an email incorrectly inviting him to in-person tour dates a couple of weeks ago. We booked a trip (from Tx), then received a second email stating it applied to non-preppies only. Prep virtual tour is today.

May I ask how you were notified of the Prep Virtual Tour? My son accepted his appointment to USAFA Prep, but has not received any follow on info aside from his portal indicating he has accepted. We live overseas (Philippines) so communication has only been through his portal; no emails or phone calls.

It was done via e-mail. Check the junk mail

As Huskymama3 stated, he received an email. One was a mistake, then he received a second one to clarify the first. On the virtual Q and A, they said they will probably do another one next month, I believe. We asked if we would/could receive a roster of other preppies ahead of time so we could learn about each before July 8, but they didn't answer that chat question. I'm sure they'll become *very* familiar with each other in time...;)

On the virtual tour they mentioned they were finalizing the reporting instructions so just wondering if anyone has seen anything either in the portal or the mail?
