Hello. I posted this on the ROTC forum and was told my question is more applicable in this thread. For reference, I went to MEPs and that was used for my ROTC contract, as opposed to filling out the DoDMERB.
Will I get in trouble later on for forgetting to report having had two minor surgeries at MEPs/MEPs medical paperwork?
I am an MS2 SMP cadet in the Guard. Enlisted as 09R. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and a minor cosmetic surgery on my gum a few years ago. I forgot to mention these when I went through MEPs over a year ago and on the medical paperwork. My MEPs entry paperwork says I marked no surgeries done. I checked my records from when I actually went to MEPs and it seems a doc may have indicated I admitted to having surgery before, but it’s hard to tell. Will this get me in trouble when/if I have to get a commissioning physical later on?
I remember getting x-rays at annual SRP months later but don’t remember them asking about surgeries.
Thank you!
