Had it. It was rescheduled multiple times. Times are hectic, I understand. Waiting is all I can do. All apps are submitted and plan B and C are secured. Plan D is being finalized.
That's what I thought too, but Senator Casey is the senior Senator, I received it from Senator Toomey. I don't believe that Senator Casey's nominations are out yet. And why the 8?
Like many things, it’s whatever system the SA uses. Imo, it’s the nom sources prerogative to notify you. Not the SA. One thing you could do, if you don’t want to bother a busy admissions team, is watch for press releases of slates of names for your nominating sources. I know that locally, our senators provide that they are ‘pleased to announce the nominations of xxx to xx SA’.
Son received nomination from Congressman Mike Garcia - CA25 this past Friday.
Thank you. I heard that. Nothing in my portal so I am going to assume that I did not get his nomination.
The SAs are not linked in any way, all use different Admissions applicant tracking data systems, nothing is instantaneous, therefore all could update portals at different times. They may well have the slate internally and can see everything, but haven’t updated the applicant-facing portal. Hope for the best as long as you can.
