My son is currently a junior and has just received his scores from the Jan Sat....We realize Math could be a bit higher, but are currently debating whether he should retake them, Is it possible for them to go up enough to make any significant difference? CR 750, Math 630, WR 690 Any thoughts?

Yep! Have him take them again - his math may go up significantly and that would positively impact his application. Nice scores on the CR/W!! Aim for a 700+ in math. He will probably get there.
good luck!

It's always a good idea to re-take them. I would have him focus on studying math since they will keep the highest of all the scores. :thumb:

I would definitley take 2 of each. I went from a 24 to a 30 on the ACT, and a 660M 600CR to a 700M 600CR. I know that it really helped me get in, I strongly advise taking them at least twice.

Remember, West Point superscores, so if you score really high on one section, you can focus more on studying for another section that you didn't do so well on and repeat the process!

You have good scores, though the math could be better. I doesn't hurt to retake them. It could hurt if you don't. You can retake as many times as you want. Your choice!
