Montana State Army ROTC

Hello,

I went in for the first Army ROTC board with a fairly strong packet. 29 ACT, 5:17 mile, 40 pushups, 55 situps, 3.95 unweighted, strong interview/extracurriculars.
I was not selected and have been pushed to the second board. If I put new things into my packet will they be reviewed or am I locked in with this info/score^?

For example, I have heard that Notre Dame fills its 4 years slots every year. I do not know about Dartmouth. Our thought was if she got a 4 year she would accept it at ND to "save the spot" and then if she got in Dartmouth, her number 1 choice, transfer. Do you have to worry about slots filling with 3 year scholarships?

My DD received a 3 year scholarship. Any chance you could "consult" on how to decide which school to accept the scholarship at? From what I have heard and this applied to the 4 year scholarships, I do not know how it applies to a three year scholarship, selecting a school prior to admission is somewhat strategic due to Battalions filling up their four year scholarship spots.
