Following directions MRE ain't that bad. Returning from vacation used to buy some at the store across from main gate at Cherry Point. Kids loved making them while sitting on the hill watching the local parade. Applying or not applying is a choice an adult makes.

Daughter applied for and received US passport long before I Day. Valid passport is all you need, or you will get one at USNA. For summer and then semester in China had a weird one.

It's not the final days It's just the beginning.:) Daughter had it a lot easier.

Last day of Basic and just able to make a part after a shower and marched to Barber for a new buzz cut. A pinger at Tech school was a newbie who kept bunk mates awake by new hair popping out of their heads at night. Don't know if the same at USNA. :)

Swearing in:

Midshipmen section in the stands is just next to the North end zone grass area. When Daughter was a Mid and her younger sibling and I used to go to home games they used to hoist the younger daughter into the Mid-section stands They love the kids and give them some great swag.

Almost posted the same contact. Call them and also ask about Bill The Goat Section group tickets. The kids will have a lot of fun on the grass slope and watching pushups rather than sitting in the stands.

Capt MJ you did mean Finally I Got My Orders. Like in Hawaii here I come. Not the other one for Camp Lemonnier (or other garden spots) here I come.

If your sport is not listed, you can try to find other Mids with the same interest and possibly start a club sport.
