We passed on the Warrior photo. The BCT video is a nice to have. I may have watched it once. My DS on the other hand, has no desire to watch it. ;)

I wasn't there for my son's I day. I did go last year and volunteer though. Even though it wasn't my kid showing up, I still had tears in my eyes. It's an emotional day! I also comforted a few teary eyed parents. It is nothing to be ashamed of.

We also had an awesome time. My DS is still living his dream. He said there must be something wrong with him, but he loves everything about being there. We had a great time in the classes, and just hanging out. And we were able to buy stuff at the visitor center, so we must have gotten there...

I was just going to post that Skymom could tell you it is possible to move with very short notice. :smile: Also, my DS, who is Prior Enlisted, and now at the Prep school, had issues with his orders last year. It was stressful, but it's amazing how they make it work. :wink:

I travel quite a bit for business, and have been through the Denver airport many times. The 55 minute layover should be fine. Denver is fairly large, with trains that you can take between terminals, if necessary. It's a safe airport, and actually has quite a bit in the way of places to...
