Yes it is absolutely worth retaking. 25 is kind of low for the science section. Others can correct me if I am wrong but I believe USMA superscores so if you do better they will see it.
Last year I was in the exact situation. I was DQ’d with an LOA. I don’t know your medical situation but for mine, it took time and I reapplied and now I have accepted an appointment. I know the feeling and it’s not fun, but see if there are options
If you for sure want to go and are going to apply, I recommend applying to go to Boys or Girls State. I also agree with what the others said about trying to get into a sport.
That could be a smart idea. I chose to ask the teachers that I interacted with more and knew me at a more personal level. It ended up being my chemistry TA and my English professor.

If you are trying to get your pull ups numbers up, one thing I did that helped a lot was get a doorway pull-up bar and put it on my bedroom door. Each time I walked through I forced myself to do as many as I could three times.
