If DoDMERB sends you directly to remedial status after receiving your IME instead of DQ'ing you, is that a good sign? Or is the DQ and ensuing waiver coming eventually (knee surgery within 6 months but will be post 6 months before I-Day, I've also been fully medically cleared)?

I have two family members who I would love to have swear me in, would it be possible to have them both do it?
