Last year when we received ours, they came out the same week as the results for round #2 of the 4/3yr ROTC scholarships. I am not aware of any ECPs being offered prior to round #2.

ECP/EAP scholarships are controlled by Cadet Command. Be sure that you check the appropriate boxes on the Army 4yr on-line application, for consideration.

DS applied and was accepted to the Citadel. We were hoping to get an ROTC Scholarship. However, we were lucky enough to get an ECP scholarship to Valley Forge. Will DS need to reapply to the Citadel again after graduating from Valley Forge?
