    INDOC - Can our DS bring protein supplements on his first day July 5th?

    If your son reads the nutrition guide he was sent, it says specifically that most supplements are not allowed by NCAA. And it also says to ask a coach. Plus the football equipment bags are searched so you'll need to ask a coach regardless before he is just caught with it.

    I wouldn't expect them to release it at midnight. And honestly, to save your sanity, you should expect it to be released later in the day around like 6ish at night so you're not filled with extra anxiety and disappointment everytime you go to look.
